Transfr may, directly or indirectly through the services of others, collect and store information regarding use of the VR application and about equipment on which the VR software is installed or through which it otherwise is accessed and used, by means of (i) providing maintenance and support services and (ii) security measures included in the VR software. You agree that Transfr may use such information for any purpose related to any use of the VR application by you, including but not limited to: (i) improving the performance of the VR application or developing updates; and verifying compliance with the terms of any Transfr agreement and enforcing Transfr’s rights, including all intellectual property rights in and to the VR application.

hereby waive your rights to make a claim against any party, except as a result of gross negligence by such party, proven in a court of competent jurisdiction.
