This is my first time using VR technology, I was able to charge, login, and work with the sets with ease after this interactive and very informative training session and tools provided. I am a trainer with instructional design experience and this session was effectively designed with great visuals/tools in the presentation with a great instructional interactive delivery!”

BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND THE WORKFORCE
Transfr’s Professional Learning series for instructors builds confidence in using immersive learning solutions throughout the Work-Based Learning continuum.
Using hands-on interactive professional learning, instructors will gain a foundational understanding of VR technology and its application, including how it works, the simulations available, hardware and software components, dashboard use, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Instructors will experience VR simulations, experiment with various models (whole group or stations-based), and learn how to integrate VR into their instructional practices and classroom management using Transfr’s 8-week curriculum resource in support of lesson planning.
Instructors will explore strategies to connect foundational skill-building with authentic, real-world applications. Through instructional planning and curriculum mapping, participants will deepen their understanding of the skills and technical tasks central to their Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. They will then design engaging learning experiences that foster essential career readiness competencies and empower students to make informed, confident choices about their future career pathways.
