Allen County Juvenile Center (ACJC) and Probation partnered with Transfr and a number of local organizations in the Fort Wayne area to create access to CTE programming, upskilling, and connection to local employers for justice-involved youth. The hybrid program incorporates VR and a host of other support services with a goal of breaking cycles of violence, incarceration/monitoring, and poverty.
