You can locate your classroom code by logging into your Transfr Dashboard at dashboard.transfrinc.com. Classroom codes are used to connect learners to the correct virtual training environment.

No. Installing additional apps, games, or third-party programs on leased Transfr headsets is not permitted. However, if you own your VR hardware, approved Transfr applications may be installed on customer-owned headsets.
Yes. All VR headsets must be connected to a stable Wi-Fi network to download updates, authenticate accounts, and log into Transfr applications. A reliable connection ensures smooth performance and uninterrupted training sessions.
