Why Choose Transfr for Workforce
Pre-Employment Programs?

Go beyond traditional training methods with our multimodal approach that combines VR with online lessons, keeping learners focused throughout the entire program.

At approximately 20 hours total, our programs flex to your available training time—whether spread across weeks or delivered intensively, with online portions able to be completed on learners' own time.

Launch programs without the need to coordinate workshop time, secure expensive equipment, or schedule additional instructor time—our programs bring the job site to learners.

Learners gain experience and build confidence by practicing in low-risk, simulated workplace environments with realistic tools and scenarios before stepping onto actual job sites.

Each program is mapped to relevant industry-recognized competencies for the role and OSHA safety standards, ensuring learners are developing the skills employers expect and safety knowledge they require.
