No, our programs offer 3 micro-credentials and a certificate of completion connected to the program. Micro-credentials are earned by passing summative assessments and the certificate is earned by completing the entire program.
Transfr Train is a collection of career training products for a variety of industries. Organizations using Transfr Train solutions have the flexibility of using and sequencing any available simulations within their license and are often integrated into an established curriculum. Pre-Employment programs are available as part of the Transfr Train offering , but are more structured, multimodal programs that also contain e-learning lessons, VR simulation practice, microcredentials (via assessments) and a certificate of completion.
Pre-Employment programs from Transfr are great for organizations that need to rapidly prepare or train adults and young adults for entry-level roles or registered apprenticeship programs in the construction and manufacturing fields.
