Virtual reality (“VR”) is an immersive experience. It is important that you participate in this VR experience in a safe environment and remain fully aware of your surroundings. Never participate in this VR experience near windows, balconies, or stairways, or, while engaged in other activities. Do not engage in this experience while walking, cycling, driving or other physical activities that require your full attention.  We also recommend that you do not participate in this VR experience under the influence of alcohol.

Virtual reality experiences may affect individual users differently. Some users may experience temporary discomfort while using VR products including but not limited to dizziness, motion sickness, eye strain, altered vision, nausea, headache, disorientation, epileptic seizure or loss of consciousness.  Stop participating immediately if you feel unwell or experience any of the above symptoms. This notice is for general information purposes only and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are taking medication, or if you are pregnant, you should seek advice from your healthcare professional before participating. 

Be sure to read and follow the safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer of the VR equipment you are using to operate this experience. By participating in this VR experience, you assume the risks associated with using VR products and excluding claims caused by Transfr’s gross negligence as proven in a court of competent jurisdiction, you hereby release all claims against Transfr arising from such use, subject to applicable law.
