In collaboration with Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas (WSWCT) and Houston, TX-based TRIO Electric, Transfr provided local adult learners in the Abilene, TX area with a 7-week rapid training program to prepare them for jobs in electrical construction at no cost. The program incorporated virtual reality (VR) simulations, elearning modules, and the expertise of the team at WSWCT, as well as other workforce development boards and community organizations, to help trainees complete the program.
