We recommend a business casual dress code, but we encourage everyone to dress as they feel comfortable. In October, New York experiences mild and pleasant weather, with average temperatures ranging from about 51.8°F (11°C) at night to around 63.3°F (17°C) during the day, so we do suggest that you bring a jacket.

Yes, XR Futures is designed to be accessible to all attendees. We strive to accommodate individuals with diverse needs and provide necessary services (such as hearing loops, dietary requirements, wheelchair-friendly access and bathrooms) to ensure everyone can participate fully. If you have specific requirements or need assistance, please reach out to us in advance at [email protected], and we will be happy to help.

The safety and well-being of our attendees are our top priorities. We have implemented several measures to ensure a safe environment for everyone at the event. Hand sanitizing stations will be available at key locations and sanitization of high-touch surfaces will be regularly cleaned throughout the event. Masks are optional at our event. We respect individual preferences and encourage attendees to make choices that best suit their comfort levels. Masks will be available at the registration desk for those who wish to wear them.

Yes, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the event. This certificate will serve as recognition of your participation and can be a valuable addition to your professional development documentation.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Transfr’s events team: [email protected]
